GrabOne Sale Update

AUCKLAND, 15 October 2021 : NZME Limited (NZX: NZM, ASX: NZM) (“ NZME ”) has this afternoon agreed to extend the period for satisfaction of the finance condition under the Sale and Purchase Agreement with Global Marketplace New Zealand Limited (“ GMP ”) to Friday 22 October 2021.

NZME announced the sale of GrabOne to GMP for $17.5 million on 24 August 2021.
