Sale of GrabOne Completed

AUCKLAND, 29 October 2021 : NZME Limited (NZX: NZM, ASX: NZM) (“ NZME ”) is pleased to confirm that the sale of the GrabOne business to Global Marketplace New Zealand Limited (“ GMP ”) completed today as expected.

NZME will update on its capital management plan at its annual Investor Day planned for November 2021.
