Comments:	For the 6 months to 30 June 2017, NZME Limited’sreported profit from ordinary activities after tax wasNZ$7.8 million compared to a loss of NZ$64.3 million inthe comparative period. The loss from ordinaryactivities for the 6 months to 30 June 2016 containssome significant non-repeating tax adjustments inrelation to the settlement of historical matters with theIRD.The net profit after tax for the 6 months to 30 June 2017of NZ$ 7.8 million is down 87.2% from the net profitafter tax for the 6 months to 30 June 2016 of $60.8million (which includes a non-controlling interest profitof NZ$ 13.9 million and the impact of the demergerfrom HT&E (previously APN) in June 2016).Net assets per share as at 30 June 2017 was NZ$ 1.44compared to NZ$ 1.42 as at 30 June 2016.Net tangible assets per share as at 30 June 2017 wasNZ$ (0.26) compared to NZ$ (0.27) as at 30 June 2016.
