Nyrstar NV announced today that on 30 April 2015, it received a shareholder notification from Dimensional Fund Advisors LP, in accordance with the Belgian Act of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major shareholdings in issuers shares of which are admitted to trading on a regulated market and laying down miscellaneous provisions.

Pursuant to the aforementioned notification, Dimensional Fund Advisors LP has acquired voting rights in Nyrstar NV. Its holding, as of 24 April 2015, is 10,215,142 ordinary shares, representing 3% of the total number of existing shares of Nyrstar NV.
