Nyrstar NV announced today that on 2 September 2015, it received a shareholder notification from Urion Holdings (Malta) Ltd, in accordance with the Belgian Act of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major shareholdings in issuers shares of which are admitted to trading on a regulated market and laying down miscellaneous provisions.

Pursuant to the aforementioned notification, Urion Holdings (Malta) Ltd, a subsidiary of Trafigura B.V., has again acquired voting rights in Nyrstar NV. Its holding, as of 28 August 2015, is 68,090,869 ordinary shares, representing 20.02 % of the total number of existing shares of Nyrstar NV.
