Nyrstar NV announces that it received notification of significant shareholdings on 14 December 2012, in accordance with Belgian Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant shareholdings in listed companies.
Blackrock informed Nyrstar that the participation of Blackrock Group(1) in Nyrstar crossed the threshold of 5% of the outstanding voting rights downwards on 13 December 2012.
Blackrock Group(1) holds in the aggregate on 13 December 2012 6,505,459 voting rights, representing 3.83% of the total outstanding voting rights.
