Nyrstar NV today announced that it received notification of significant shareholdings on 31 January 2011, in accordance with Belgian Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant shareholdings in listed companies.
BlackRock Group's holding of voting rights in Nyrstar NV has decreased as a result of a reduction in the holdings of its passive index-tracking funds.
Blackrock Group's consolidated holding is currently 7,452,086 ordinary shares, representing 7.45% of the total number of existing voting rights of Nyrstar NV.
