Nyrada Inc (ASX: NYR), a drug discovery and development company specialising in innovative Transient Receptor Potential Canonical (TRPC) ion channel blockers, advises further to the Deed Poll dated 6 January 2020 issued by the Company in favour of ASX Limited in respect of the Initial Public Offering of its Chess Depositary Interests (“CDIs”), a Notice of Change of Interests of Substantial Holder in relation to Nyrada. Details of the initial interest in CDIs (“Relevant Interests”) are as follows:
