Nyrada Inc (ASX: NYR ), a drug discovery and development company focused on innovative Transient Receptor Potential Canonical (TRPC) ion channel blockers, further to the Deed Poll dated 6 January 2020 issued by the Company in favour of ASX Limited in respect of the Initial Public Offering of its Chess Depositary Interests (“CDIs”), provides a Notice of Change of Interests of a Substantial Holder in relation to Nyrada.
