Subscription of warrants

Oslo, Norway, December 3, 2021 - Reference is made to the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) in Vaccibody AS held on November 30, 2021, where an extension of the expiry date for certain warrants held by primary insiders Agnete B. Fredriksen and Anders Tuv was resolved. The extension will be made through the termination of existing warrants and the issuance of the same number of new warrants with the new expiry date. Agnete B. Fredriksen and Anders Tuv have today subscribed for the warrants on the terms resolved by the EGM.
