Primary insider CSO Agnete B. Fredriksen has exercised a total of 247,500 warrants with expiry date of December 31, 2020. The 247,500 shares have been subscribed for at a strike price of NOK 0.80 per share.

Dr. Fredriksen has today sold the same number of shares, 247,500 shares. The shares are borrowed from Datum AS. The shares are borrowed and sold to the market price of NOK 67,00/shares. Following the exercise of warrants CSO Agnete B. Fredriksen holds 4,164,900 warrants.
