NYCE International plc ("Nyce" or the "Company") announces that Global Chain Limited, a company of which Harmen Brenninkmeijer, a director of Nyce, is an Ultimate Beneficial Owner, acquired 44,291 ordinary shares in the Company at a weighted average price of 11.06 pence, on 1 December 2025.

Following this acquisition, Global Chain Limited is interested in 2,169,291 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 20.97% of the issued share capital of the Company.
