NX Filtration appoints Jan Feie Zwiers as new Chief Financial Officer

Hengelo, the Netherlands, 30 May 2024, 07:00 CET

NX Filtration, the global provider of hollow fiber nanofiltration technology, proudly announces the appointment of Jan Feie Zwiers as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as per 1 August 2024. Mr Zwiers succeeds Mark Luttikhuis, who will step down as per 30 June 2024 to pursue his further career outside NX Filtration.

Mr Zwiers will join NX Filtration as CFO per 1 August 2024 and the Supervisory Board will nominate Mr Zwiers for appointment as member of the Management Board at an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders that will be convened soon.

Mr Zwiers has an excellent track record of managerial experience and a broad financial background. Since 2010, he holdsthe position of Group Finance & Control Director and Executive Board member at BDR Thermea Group, a Global manufacturer and distributor of sustainable smart indoor climate solutions to building owners and users. Prior to that he held various finance & control positions at De Dietrich Remeha Group and Stork. Mr Zwiers holds an Executive Master of Finance & Control from the University of Amsterdam and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Tilburg University.
