Director/PDMR Shareholding 

NWF Group plc, the specialist distributor of fuel, food and feed across the UK, announces that it has been notified that on 2 September 2021, Rob Andrew, Company Secretary, transferred 20,057 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to his spouse, Julie Andrew, for nil consideration (the "Transfer"). Following the Transfer, Rob Andrew, together with his spouse, remains interested in a total of 137,519 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.28% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company has also been notified that on 2 September 2021, Andrew Downie, Managing Director of NWF Agriculture, sold 19,359 Ordinary Shares. Following the sale, the beneficial holding of Andrew Downie and his connected persons now stands at 44,938 Ordinary Shares representing 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
