NWF Group plc, the specialist distributor of fuel, food and feed across the UK, announces that it has been notified that on 31 August 2021, Chris Belsham, Group Finance Director, transferred 26,457 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to his spouse, Sarah Belsham, for nil consideration (the "Transfer"). Following the Transfer, Chris Belsham, together with his spouse, remains interested in a total of 107,167 Shares, representing 0.22% of the Company's issued share capital.
