NWF Group plc: Director/PDMR Shareholding

NWF Group plc, the specialist agricultural and distribution business, was notified today that Richard Whiting, Chief Executive of NWF, had today disposed of 48,612 ordinary shares of 25p each in NWF at a price of 145p per share.

Following this disposal, Richard Whiting now has a beneficial holding of 307,371 NWF shares, representing 0.64% of the Group's issued share capital.
