NWF Group plc: Directorate Change

NWF Group plc, the specialist agricultural and distribution business, today announces that David Southworth, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Group of his decision to leave the Board on 23rd April 2014 in order to pursue other interests outside the Group after completing 7 years service.

Additionally, John Acornley, whose intention to step down from the Board was previously announced in August 2013, has confirmed that he will leave the company on 31st October 2013. 

NWF Group Chairman, Mark Hudson commented: "Both John and David have made important contributions to NWF during their time with the company and, on behalf of the Group, I would like to thank them for their dedication and wish them every success in the future.  With the appointment of new Non-Executive Directors Philip Acton and Yvonne Monaghan, announced in August, NWF has added further expertise to the Board and we are well positioned to continue with the development of the Group."
