NWF Group plc: Result of AGM

NWF Group plc ('NWF' or the 'Company'), announces the results of the resolutions put to shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today.

Resolution 7, relating to the re-election of Dawn Moore as a director of the Company, was withdrawn following Dawn stepping down from the Board, as detailed in the Company's announcement earlier today.

All resolutions (other than the resolution which was withdrawn) were duly passed.

The results of the voting will be made available shortly on the Company's website at www.nwf.co.uk.
