Item 5.02. Departure of directors or certain officers; election of directors; appointment of certain officers; compensatory arrangements of certain officers Jon J. Larson resigned as NVE’s Corporate Controller and Principal Financial Officer effective January 3, 2022 . President and Chief Executive Officer Daniel A. Baker has been appointed interim Principal Financial Officer.
