Nurminen Logistics has bought PFC Nordic Oy

Nurminen Logistics has bought shares and business of PFC Nordic Oy from TLP Holding AB. PFC Nordic is a high-end forwarding company specialized in international forwarding, having its office in Helsinki. The company has increased its business rapidly and turnover is estimated to reach three million euros this year.

By this transaction Nurminen will widen its competitive know-how in international forwarding and increases all-encompassing service portfolio for demanding customers. For now PFC Nordic will continue as an own entity. In the long run the company will be integrated with other forwarding business in the group to gain seamless service portfolio.
