CFO Paula Kupiainen to resign from Nurminen Logistics

Nurminen Logistics Plc Stock Exchange Release 17 June 2014 at 2.00 pm Mrs. Paula Kupiainen has resigned from her position as Nurminen Logistics Plc's Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board, at her own request. She will leave her position on 15 August 2014. Group Financial Controller Markku Puolanne will temporarily assume responsibility for CFO's duties as of 15 August 2014 in addition to other his duties. Mrs. Paula Kupiainen has had a significant role in implementing company's restructuring and profit improvement programmes.
