Nureca Limited is pleased to share its performance and key developments for the second quarter of FY 2024-25. Our ongoing commitment to growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction has driven several significant milestones during this period. Our Quarter on Quarter revenue jumped by 54 % from t 20.3 er to t31.2 er vs 01 24-25

Key Hlghllghts:

1. Commenced sales on Bllnklt (Quick Commerce): We have entered into an exciting agreement to have our products available on Blinkit, a major player in the quick commerce sector. This partnership will enable us to serve our customers better by ensuring faster delivery of our products within minutes. Through this collaboration, we aim to meet the growing demand for immediate access to healthcare products, enhancing customer convenience and satisfaction.

2. Commencement of Contract Manufacturing:

• I am delighted to announce that we have successfully initiated contract manufacturing through our subsidiary for one of India's leading pharmaceutical companies. This strategic collaboration not only enhances our manufacturing strength but also positions Nureca as a reliable partner in the consumer medical device contract manufacturing space, laying the foundation for future growth and opportunities.

Outlook:

Looking ahead, we remain focused on executing our strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational efficiency. Our recent efforts In expanding our manufacturing capabilities and enhancing our digital offerings position Nureca to capitalise on the evolving demands of the healthcare and wellness sectors, both through ecommerce and offline distribution.

Launch of Al-Generated Diet Plans on Dr Trust 360:

On October 24, 2024, we launched an innovative feature-Artificial Intelligence-generated diet plans-available via subscription on our app, Dr Trust 360. These personalised diet plans, powered by cutting-edge Al technology and user health data on Dr Trust devices, align with our mission of empowering users to take control of their health. This new offering adds tremendous value to our Dr Trust 360 platform, which already provides a comprehensive suite of tools for health monitoring for over 1 million users.
