Further, please note that Mr. Nishant Garg will be relieved early from the office of CFO from the end of business hours of November 20, 2023, on his request (copy of the mail attached). Earlier he was supposed to be relived on December 06, 2023. (Intimation w.r.t. resignation of Mr. Nishant Garg was sent to Stock Exchange on September 07, 2023).
