Sub: Change of Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company vide Resolution passed by Circulation on March 21, 2022 has approved the change of Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company from Link Intime India Private Limited (“Link Intime”) to Alankit Assignments Limited (“Alankit”) as a measure to reduce cost of service.

The Company is in process of executing necessary agreements in order to ensure smooth transition of documents and records from Link Intime to Alankit. However, Link Intime will continue to act as RTA of the Company till such time the database and electronic connectivity is shifted to Alankit.

You are requested to kindly take note of the above information on your records.
