Sub: Intimation about Postponement of 6th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company and Cancellation of Book Closure dates

This is in reference to our letter dated May 28, 2022, wherein it was informed that 6th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on Thursday, 2l5 1 July, 2022. Further, the Register of 111 st Members was fixed to be closed from Friday 15 July, 2022 to Thursday, 21 July, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of said AGM.

However, due to some unavoidable circumstances, it has been decided to postpone the 6th AGM of the Company and consequently, the Book Closure dates would also stand cancelled.

The revised dates shall be intimated in due course.
