Release of Shares from Escrow
Sydney, Australia – Nuix (‘the Company’, ASX: NXL) advises pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, the following securities will be released from escrow:

The escrow arrangements are in connection with the Rampiva acquisition completed on 1 July 2023.
The release of these shares does not change the issued capital of the Company.
