Financial close on Rampiva acquisition
Sydney, Australia – Nuix (‘the Company’, ASX: NXL) advises that it achieved financial close on the acquisition of Rampiva (Rampiva Global, LLC and Rampiva Technology, Inc.) on 1 July 2023, in line with the market announcement on 23 May 2023.
