Appointment of General Counsel and Company Secretary

Sydney, Australia – Global software company Nuix (ASX:NXL) announces the appointment of Ms Ilona Meyer as General Counsel and Company Secretary, effective 22 August 2022.

Ilona joins Nuix from Boehringer Ingelheim where she was Head of Legal & Compliance (ANZ) and Company Secretary since January 2018. Ilona has also held senior legal roles with private and public companies, including ResMed, Ruralco, Medtronic, 3M, NTT and Computer Associates.

Ilona will be responsible for communication with the ASX under Listing Rule 12.6.

Mr Mike Egan will retire as Company Secretary effective from the date of Ms Meyer’s commencement. In addition, Mr Brian Krupczak, Nuix’s current General Counsel, will leave Nuix in August after 12 years with the company.

The Board thanks both Mike and Brian for their valued contributions to Nuix and welcomes Ilona to the organisation.
