Nuix Announces Termination of Consultancy Agreement

Sydney, Australia – Global software company Nuix Limited (‘ Nuix ’ or the Company ; ASX:NXL) today announced that it has terminated the consultancy agreement with Nuix co-founder Dr Tony Castagna.

Dr Castagna has been a significant part of Nuix’s success since its inception and we thank him for his long and important service to the Company.

This announcement has been authorised by the Board of Nuix.
