Nufarm Acquisition of Century Portfolio

Nufarm Limited (“Nufarm”) announces that the European Commission has approved, under the EU Merger Regulation, Nufarm’s acquisition of the Century portfolio from Adama Agricultural Solutions Ltd of Israel and Syngenta AG of Switzerland. This is a significant component of the EC clearance process, representing satisfaction of one of the principal substantive conditions precedent to completion of the acquisition. Nufarm expects to complete the acquisition in the next week.
