Moody's corporate credit rating

Nufarm advises that Moody’s Investor Services has lowered the corporate family rating of Nufarm Limited to Ba3 from Ba2. Concurrently, Moody’s has lowered the rating on the US$325m senior unsecured notes issued by Nufarm Australia Ltd to B1 from Ba3. The outlook on both ratings is stable.
