Nufarm announces new Board member

Nufarm Limited announced today that Mr Frank Ford will join the Nufarm Board as a nonexecutive Director, effective 10 October.

Mr Ford retired from Deloitte Australia in 2007, at which time he held the concurrent positions of Victorian Managing Partner and member of the Deloitte Global Board. He had spent 37 years with the firm.

Nufarm’s Chairman, Donald McGauchie, welcomed Mr Ford’s appointment, saying he will bring strong technical skills in finance; broad exposure to a range of industries; and a perspective on markets and business environments outside of Australia.

Mr Ford is also a Director of Toll Holdings and Citibank Australia, and of the Tarrawarra Museum of Art.
