Nufarm AGM – Item 4 Issue of Deferred Rights to Executive Director
As set out in the Explanatory Notes to the Nufarm Limited Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021, Nufarm advises the number of deferred rights shareholders are requested to approve for Executive Director, Greg Hunt is 145,890.
The amount has been determined by dividing the face value of the deferred component of his FY21 Short Term Incentive Plan award ($697,766) by $4.782794 (being the five day volume average weighted price of Nufarm shares over the period 18 November to 24 November 2021.
