Sub: Notice of Book Closure.
We wish to inform you that Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday 23rd July 2021. Further the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 17, 2021 to July 23, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and determing the entitlement of the shareholders to the Final Dividend for FY 2020-21,
Further please note that pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company is providing its members facility to exercise their right to vote in respect of the business to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting by electronics means.
The Company has engaged the services of KFin Technologies Private Limited (“KTPL” or “Karvy”) as the Authorised Agency to provide e‐ voting facilities.
The members of the Company holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut‐off date i.e. July 16, 2021, may cast their vote electronically.
