Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') we wish to inform that the Board of Directors vide resolution passed at the Board meeting held on December 11, 2020, have appointed Mr. Anurag Mantri (Additional Executive Director) as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant Rules.
