VINZA ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

Vancouver, BC January 4, 2020 – Vinza Capital Management Inc. (“Vinza” or the “Company”) hereby announces the appointment of Mr. Eric Boehnke as a Director, effective immediately. Mr. Boehnke has been the principal of Big Sky Management Ltd., a private company providing corporate finance services to private and public companies since 1996. Over a 20 years career Mr. Boehnke was active in the oil and gas industry and served as an director and officer for a number of public companies. Currently he is the CEO of Trenchant Capital Corp., an investment issuer on the CSE. Mr. Boehnke holds a BSc from the University of Toronto.
