Sub: Intimation of Record Date pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the purpose of Final Dividend for the financial year 2020-21.
Dear Sir,
In continuation of our letter dated 19th June, 2021 regarding submission of Annual Audited Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2021 and recommendation of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21 and pursuant to the Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Company has fixed Friday, 10th September, 2021 as Record date for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of members for the final dividend of Rs . 3.15/- (Three Rupees fifteen pa isa only) per share (on the face value of Rs . 10/- each) on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 19th June 2021.
If the fi nal dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is approved at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made within 30 days from the date of approval by the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
