Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Redbank Copper Limited (ASX: RCP) (‘ Redbank ’ or ‘ the Company ’) would like to advise that Non-Executive Director Keith Middleton has resigned from the Company, effective 2 August 2021.

The Board of RCP would like to sincerely thank Mr. Middleton for his contribution to the Company over the last two years, particularly through the transition period from mid-2019 until the Company re-listed on the ASX in September 2020. Mr. Middleton has proved to be an exceptional sounding board and hands on support to management and has been instrumental in the restructure and recapitalisation of the Company. The Board of RCP wishes Mr. Middleton well for his future endeavours.

Non-Executive Chairman Tony Kiernan said: “On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Keith for his time at Redbank Copper, and acknowledge the work he undertook in the early days during 2019 which assisted in bringing the Company back to a solid footing. The time and effort from Keith at Redbank Copper is greatly appreciated and we wish him well.”
