NSI and Grontmij have signed a new lease agreement for 3,000 m² office spaces in the building located at the K.P. van de Mandelelaan in Rotterdam. Grontmij previously rented office space from NSI in Roosendaal. In connection with organizational changes, Grontmij was searching for an office location in the area of Rotterdam. NSI was able to deliver upon Grontmij's changing housing needs within its portfolio. The office building in Roosendaal will be let to stichting Groenhuysen.
The lease agreement with Grontmij will become effective as per 1 October 2012 for a 10 years period at market terms. This transaction demonstrates how NSI can capitalize upon operation synergies resulting from the merger with Vastned Offices. Thanks to its expanded portfolio NSI can offer more choice to its tenants and as a result improve retention. The building at the K.P. van der Mandelelaan is now fully let.
Also the building in Roosendaal that was previously let by Grontmij (approximately 3,700 m²) is rerented. On 1 January 2013 the Groenhuysen foundation will move into the building at the Bovendonk.
Grontmij was advised by Cushman & Wakefield. De MIK bedrijfshuisvesting and CBRE acted as advisors for NSI.
NSI and Zicht, risk and insurance advisors have signed a lease agreement for approximately 1,223 m² of office space and 35 parking spaces at Europalaan 28c in 's-Hertogenbosch.
Zicht, risk and insurance advisors will soon be moving from an office in the center of 's-Hertogenbosch to this location. The choice for this building is partly determined by the spacious office on a single floor, the parking space and the location visible from the A2. The lease will become effective as per August 1.
Zicht, risk and insurance consultants help entrepreneurs and owners of their financial situations and risks understandable. The company was founded over 100 years ago and has 20 branches with a total of 650 employees. Zicht, risk and insurance consultants is part of the same group as Nationale-Nederlanden.
NAI Netherlands acted on behalf of Zicht, risk and insurance consultants. NSI was advised by DTZ. The building still offers lease availability after this transaction.
` NSI and IDEA Centers have extended the lease agreement for the 3,400 m² office building with 68 parking spaces at Zernikepark in Groningen until 1 July 2015.
The building at the Zernikepark remains with this transaction fully let.
NSI and Stichting (foundation) Marant recently extended the lease agreement for the 1,600 m2 office building with 42 parking spaces in Elst (Nieuwe Aamsestraat 84A ) until 30 June 2017.
Based on a constructive dialogue, the initial lease agreement, which ran until 1 January 2015, could be renewed in a new long-term lease until 30 June 2017.
