Availability of the 2024 Universal Registration Document

The 2024 Universal Registration Document of NRJ GROUP was filed with the French Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on April 3rd , 2025.

This document -in French version only- may be consulted on the Company's website www.nrjgroup.fr (section "Finances" – "Financial Publication" – "Financial Reports") and is available to the public free of charge in accordance with applicable regulations. It may also be consulted on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org).

The Universal Registration Document includes, in particular:
