Conditions of availability of the preparatory documents Combined Shareholders' Meeting to be held on May 16 th, 2024

The shareholders of the Company are invited to the Combined Shareholders' Meeting to be held on May 16th, 2024, at 2:30 PM, at the registered office of the Company located 22 rue Boileau 75016 Paris.

The preliminary notice concerning this Meeting including the agenda and the draft resolutions was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on April 8 th, 2024.

The 2023 Universal Registration Document containing the reports submitted to the Meeting was published on March 29th, 2024.

The preparatory documents (in French only) required by the French commercial code are available online on the Company's web site (www.nrjgroup.fr) under section Finances ˃ Espace actionnaire ˃ Assemblées Générales.

As from the convening notice for the Meeting, those documents are made available to the shareholders.

In accordance with applicable regulations:

• Up to and including the 5th day prior to the Meeting, shareholders holding registered shares may request by e-mail (droitdessocietes@nrj.fr) or by post (to the attention of service droit des sociétés) that the documents referred to in articles R. 225-81 and R. 225-83 of the French commercial code be sent to them. For shareholders holding bearer shares, the exercise of this right is subject to the provision of a certificate of participation issued by an authorized intermediary.
• Shareholders may consult these documents, at the Company's administrative office located 46/50 avenue Théophile Gautier 75016 Paris.
