NRC GROUP ASA - Appointed to a contract in Sweden - SEK 73 million

The Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket)

has appointed Svensk Järnvägsteknik AB, a company

wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to a contract of

changing rails on the connection between Alingsås and

Gøteborg in Sweden.

In addition to changing rails, the contract involves

track adjustments, catenary, signaling and electric

works.

The contract is valued at approximately SEK 73

million. The work will commence in March 2016, and the

project is scheduled for completion in December 2016.

Closing date for submission of complaints is 10 days

from Friday 26 February, and formal contractual

signing can take place after this period at the

earliest.
