The Annual General Meeting of NRC Group ASA was held on Thursday 6 May 2021 at

the company's offices, Lysaker Torg 25, 1366 Lysaker.

All proposals on the agenda were adopted, cf. the notice of the Annual General

Meeting that was published on Oslo Stock Exchange on 15 April 2021.
