Sub: Corrigendum to Postal Ballot Notice dated February 4, 2019

This is in continuation to our earlier communication dated March 26, 2019 relating to the Postal Ballot Notice dated February 4, 2019, we would like to bring to the notice of Members that in respect of Item No. 2 of the Postal Ballot Notice relating to the re-appointment of Mr. Satish Rangani, (DIN: 00209069) as a whole-time Director designated as the Executive Director, in the Explanatory Statement to the above Special Resolution, the past remuneration drawn by Mr. Satish Rangani for FY 2017-18 Salary and Perquisites is Rs. 80.42 lakhs instead of Rs. 135.00 lakhs as inadvertently mentioned. For FY 2017-18, the remuneration paid to Mr. Satish Rangani was Rs. 80.42 lacs as disclosed in the Annual report for that year.

All other contents of the Postal Ballot Notice will remain unchanged. This corrigendum is also being published in the Navshakti and Free Press Journal newspapers (all editions) on April 5, 2019 and also available on the Company's website: www.nrbbearings.com.
