Reduction of common stock

With reference to company announcement no. 8/2018, a reduction of the company's B common stock by DKK 16,000,000 via cancellation of 8,000,000 treasury B stocks, was adopted at Novozymes A/S' Annual Shareholders' Meeting on March 13, 2018.

Novozymes has registered the final implementation of the reduction of its common stock with the Danish Business Authority after the advertisement period expired on April 11, 2018 with no objections. Consequently, the reduction of Novozymes' B common stock from DKK 502,512,800 to DKK 486,512,800 has been completed.

After the reduction, the common stock is DKK 594,000,000, distributed on 297 million stocks of DKK 2 per stock.
