Summary of capital reduction pursuant to Article 32 of the Danish Capital Markets Act
With reference to Novozymes' Company announcement No. 13/2018, a reduction of DKK 16,000,000 in the Company's B common stock via the cancellation of 8,000,000 B shares of the Company's treasury stock was carried out on April 12, 2018, following the adoption of this proposal at the Company's annual shareholders' meeting on March 13, 2018.
Following the above, and pursuant to Article 32 of the Danish Capital Markets Act No. 12 of January 8, 2018, the Company announces that its total capital stock as of today consists of nominally DKK 594,000,000, divided into 297,000,000 shares, corresponding to 53,743,600 A shares and 243,256,400 B shares with a nominal value of DKK 2 each and a total of 1,561,384,800 voting rights.
