Election of employee representatives to the Board of Directors of Novozymes A/S
The employees of Novozymes A/S have conducted the election of employee representatives to the Board of Directors. The following members were elected for the next four years:
- Lena Bech Holskov, Safety Adviser
- Anders Hentze Knudsen, Senior Operator
- Lars Bo Køppler, Technician
All three employee-elected are re-elected and will therefore stay in the Board of Directors of Novozymes A/S following the annual shareholders' meeting of Novozymes A/S, February 22, 2017.
As alternates to the employee representatives to the Board of Directors of Novozymes A/S, the employees elected Anne Breum, Niels Mortensen and Preben Nielsen.
