Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group (LSE: NCSP, MoEx: NMTP) hereby announces that it intends to publish consolidated financial results to IFRS for the year ended December 31, 2016 on Monday,April 3, 2017 no later that 18:00 Moscow time.

Conference call and webcast for investors & analysts with NCSP Group's management will be held on Tuesday,April 4, 2017 at 18:30 Moscow time.
