NOVIQTECH LIMITED – OPTION ENTITLEMENT ISSUE
Dear Shareholder,
As announced to ASX, NoviqTech Limited (ASX:NVQ) ( Company ) is undertaking a non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer to Eligible Shareholders (defined below) of one (1) option (each with an exercise price of $0.20 and expiring three years from issue) ( New Option ) for every two (2) fully paid ordinary shares held at 7.00pm (AEDT) on 12 February 2025 ( Record Date ) at an offer price of $0.002 (0.2 cents) per New Option to raise up to approximately $251,000 before costs ( Offer ).
The Offer is only made to and capable of acceptance by shareholders with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand at the Record Date ( Eligible Shareholders ).
The Company is conducting the Offer pursuant to a prospectus dated 5 February 2025 that was lodged with ASIC and released to the ASX on that date ( Prospectus ).
The Company will use the proceeds of the Offer as set out in the Prospectus.
Further details of the Offer are set out in the Prospectus and Appendix 3B released to ASX.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 7.7.1(b), the Company hereby advises that it will not be offering New Options under the Offer to you. You will not receive a copy of the prospectus and entitlement and acceptance form and New Options under the Offer will not be offered or made available to you.
