Tymlez Group Limited (ASX: TYM) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Tymlez Group Limited (‘TYM’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of TYM, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 21 July 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 TYMLEZ Group Limited (ASX:TYM) ( TYMLEZ or the Company ) requests a trading halt be granted by ASX in respect of TYMLEZ’s all securities on issue with immediate effect.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, TYMLEZ advises that:

• a) the trading halt is requested for the purposes of considering, planning and executing a capital raising;

• b) the Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement regarding the capital raising or prior to the commencement of trading on Friday, 21 July 2023; and

• c) it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or of any information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
